Did you know that according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services there are an estimated 510,000 children in foster care in the United States and that more than 129,000 of them are eligible and waiting to be adopted?  In Arkansas there are over 800 children in need of permanence, love, and security: a place to call HOME.  

   "The mission of the Heart Gallery is to facilitate and utilize the power of photography to capture the individuality and dignity of children living in foster care, in order to advocate for their permanency, raise public awareness about their needs, and obtain support to help meet those needs."
